Processing time

Items are usually shipped the next working day, unless an alteration has been requested, In this instance I will communicate with you, as to how long it will take to process.

Estimated shipping times

  • United Kingdom : 2 - 5 business days

  • Overseas: please allow up to 10 working days.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) example Earrings.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How much is postage?

All our items are sent via Royal Mail, using their tracked service that will require a signature upon delivery.

£3.50 - 2nd class UK and should take 2-5 working days.

£5.99 - 1st class UK and should take 1-3 working days.

£8.00 for international deliver, delivery times will vary.

If you require an alternative postage method, please email me at sarah@xanthejewellery.co.uk, and i will do my best to accommodate your request.

 

Where’s my item?

Please allow at least 5 working days for your order to arrive. If you still haven’t received your order after 5 days, please email me at sarah@xanthejewellery.co.uk. All packages are tracked and will require a signature, which will help to locate any orders. Please also contact your local sorting office, to see if your order has been left with them.

 

What should i do if my order has arrived, but is incorrect?

If your order is incorrect please contact us via email sarah@xanthejewellery.co.uk as soon as you can and we will advise what action we need to take to amend your order.
